Effortless by design
The best technology gets out of the way. We obsess over clear, fast interfaces that make the next step obvious.
About JobStack
We are a technology company building AI-powered software for the way businesses work today and the way they will work tomorrow. Our product, JobStack, helps service businesses spend less time managing work and more time doing their best work. We pair deep technical expertise with an uncompromising focus on the people using our software.
What we believe
We believe AI should do more than add features. It should help a business make better decisions, serve customers more thoughtfully, and move faster with less effort.
That means building products people can understand at a glance—then designing the foundation that lets agents safely take on more of the routine work when a business is ready.
How we build
The best technology gets out of the way. We obsess over clear, fast interfaces that make the next step obvious.
AI is not a decorative feature. We build it to take real work off a team’s plate and make every customer interaction better.
Our products work beautifully for people today and give businesses a practical path from clicks and handoffs to capable agents.
Founders
Amanda Zhao is an AI engineering leader and technology consultant specializing in enterprise AI, generative AI, machine learning, and cloud architecture.
She helps organizations turn emerging technologies into scalable solutions that improve productivity, accelerate innovation, and drive revenue growth.
Justin Kuo advises hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms on data science and engineering. He brings rigor to investment processes and leads AI transformation at portfolio companies, helping sponsors and management teams create measurable value across operations, analytics, and data infrastructure.
Previously, Justin was CTO and partner at a quantitative equity hedge fund, and Head of Algorithmic FX Trading Strategies and Oversight at Bridgewater Associates. Before finance, he spent seven years running a Silicon Valley software consultancy serving Fortune 500 companies and venture-backed startups.
He also spent several years at NASA’s Johnson Space Center working on flight software for the International Space Station.
As one of three founding partners, Jason leads system testing, workflow design, and client relationships — the human side of the platform — while his two co-founders build the technical architecture behind it.
Jason brings a rare vantage point to the team: he's not just designing workflows in theory, he's running them every day as the owner of NSW Electrical & Maintenance, a successful electrical business. That daily, hands-on use gives him an instinct for where a Work flow app helps and where it gets in the way — insight he feeds directly back into product testing and improvement.
He holds a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), a background that shapes how he approaches both product design and client communication: with an eye for clarity, usability, and how something feels to use, not just how it functions. A committed lifelong learner, Jason reads widely on self-development and applies those principles to how he builds systems, teams, and client relationships.
At the core of Jason's work is a simple goal: Make the user feel understood. Whether he's testing a new workflow, refining the product roadmap, or sitting down with a client, his focus is the same — get to that "aha, you know exactly what I'm thinking" moment, where the system stops feeling like software and starts feeling like it just gets you.
